Adhering to the Academic calendar, the department Conducts an orientation programme for newly enrolled students. Department gives special attention to the completion of the syllabus on time. Workshops and seminars have been organised to upgrade the knowledge.

Department arranges an industrial visit to get practical and real knowledge to the students. It offers guidance to students for projects and internships.  All the faculties participate in the university exam actively and work in different capacities i.e. Moderator, Examiner both in theory and practical.

At the regular interval, the department arranges placement drives to recruit our students in the industry. Our staff give a valuable contribution to all the college committees.

The Computer centre has a well-established laboratory catering to the needs of undergraduate and postgraduate students. The internet facility is sufficient to handle day to day activities. The departmental library, though has less collection is effectively utilised by students.

Seminar hall is put to optimistic use during seminars and workshops. A compact staff room that accommodates all staff. An overhead projector is used during the presentation. Adequate cupboards to store student journals and project material.
